摘要
双摆角铣头是五坐标机床的关键部件,其刚性和运动精度直接影响被加工曲面的质量。本文应用SolidWorks进行木材加工双摆角铣头的三维实体建模与装配,并在SolidWorks Motion环境下对其进行运动仿真分析。本研究将为木材加工双摆角铣头的机构性能分析提供依据,为进一步了解双摆角铣头的运动特性和优化结构提供设计参考。
Double swing cutter head is a key component of the five-axis machine tools, stiffness and motion accuracy directly affect the quality of the surface to be machined.Modelling and assembling the three-dimensional solid model of the double swing cutter head by using SolidWorks.Meanwhile carrying out mechanism motion simulation analysis in the environment of Solidworks Motion.It would provide effective reference data for analyzing the mechanism performance so as to comprehend the kinetic characteristic and optimize the structure.
