摘要
机械弯曲分等方法是一种快速、高效率的无损检测和划分等级的方法。本文根据机械弯曲应力分等设备的工作原理,应用ADAMS运动分析软件对其工作原理进行仿真,对仿真结果进行后处理,分析其运动的稳定性和可靠性。结果表明,当锯材进给速度较大时,锯材在进给过程中容易摆动,锯材与加载单元的接触力波动较大,锯材对分等设备的冲击也较大。
Machinery bending grading is a rapid and efficient method of non-destructive testing and lumber grading, according to the working principle of mechanical bending stress grading equipment, the article states the simulation working principle by ADAMS motion analysis software, processing the results of simulation and analyzing its stability and reliability of the movement. Results show that the lumber feed speed is larger, the lumber swings easily in the process of feed; violent fluctuation of contact force happens with lumber and loading unit; the strike of the lumber to the grading equipment is bigger.
