摘要
针对BY164×22/20多层热压机框式组合机架,对其中单一的框片组进行了受力分析,建立了结构参数化模型,并进行了有限元分析;在满足框片组强度和刚度的要求下,以减轻框片组的质量为目标,运用目标驱动优化方法对框片组进行了结构参数优化,以降低机架质量。优化结果分析表明:优化后的单一框片组质量与原来相比,减轻了5%,节约钢材大约1210kg,获得了较为理想的框片组结构和尺寸。通过优化结构,为降低大型人造板设备部件质量和减少原材料消耗提供了可借鉴的理论方法,实现了绿色制造的理念,具有良好的经济和生态效益。
Aiming at frame of BY164×22/20 multi-layer press,this paper analyses one of its racks using finite element analysis.At first,the forces of the rack were analyzed and the structural model was set up for the parameterization design.Then the digital model was imported into Ansys software for Optimization analysis.At the demand of meeting strength and rigidity of structure,this paper took a target driven optimization method based on the purpose of reducing weight.Optimization results showed that the weight of new frame type rack has reduced by 5% compared with rack that before optimization.It could save 1210kg steel and get ideal structure and size of rack.Through optimizing its structure,this paper provided some theoretical methods for reducing the large man-made board equipment parts quality and the consumption of raw materials.It realized the concept of green manufacturing and had advantages of economic and ecological benefits.
