摘要
双摆角铣头几何精度主要有8项要求,包含了铣头各轴之间的空间位置精度和切削主轴自身的精度要求。在整个装配和精度控制过程中,首先用机械补偿的方式调整轴线之间的角度偏差,其次是A轴和C轴的定位精度和重复定位精度补偿,而最后补偿对RTCP精度有影响的铣头各轴线之间的位置偏差,从而完成双摆角铣头的整个精度调整,达到设计要求。
Geometric accuracy of swing milling head has eight main accuracy requirements containing the spatial position relationship between axes of the milling head and machining precision of the spindle itself. In whole assembly and precision control process,the first step is to adjust the angle deviation through machinery compensation,the second step is to do positioning precision and repeat positioning precision compensation of the A axis and C axis,and the last step is to do the compensation of the axis location deviation which has effect on RTCP precision of milling head. Then the whole precision adjustment which has reached design requirements of RTCP precision is completed.
