摘要
K211五轴高速加工中心在加工过程中存在坐标轴抖动和主轴颤刀现象,严重影响工件的加工表面质量和加工精度,致使机床处于半停工状态。根据故障现象和对加工过程的观察、分析和研究,综合运用机械和自控技术,最终彻底解决问题,机床对工件加工表面质量良好,精度符合生产要求。
During milling of K211 five axes high speed machining centre, find axes and tool vibration, which seri- ously affeet the surface quality and accuraey of milling parts and cause the maehine tools in half - stop status. Aceording to the fault phenomenon and the observation, analysis and research of milling proce- dure, the integrated use of meehanieal and automatie control technique solve the problem completely, the surface and aeeuraey of milling parts are perfect and meet produetive requirement.
