摘要
本实验合成了一种新型硅钙质胶磷矿脱硅药剂OTPH[3-(辛硫基)丙酰肼],并比较了其与十二胺对沉积型硅钙质胶磷矿的脱硅性能,结果表明:OTPH比十二胺的选择性好,但捕收能力稍弱。以OTPH为脱硅捕收剂,通过双反浮选可将含P2O525.80%、MgO 2.85%和SiO215.23%的原矿富集成含P2O531.58%、MgO 0.72%、SiO211.83%的磷精矿,且P2O5回收率可达86.49%。
A test was conducted in which a new collector OTPH [3-(octylthio)propanehydrazide] was synthesized in two steps with structure of the new collector being conformed to IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.Compared with the conventional collector dodecylamine,it has lesser collecting ability but better selectivity in the flotation of silicates from sedimentary collophane.With this collector,a phosphate concentrate with grade 31.58% P2O5,recovery 86.49%,0.72% MgO,11.83% SiO2 was obtained from the run-of-mine ores containing 25.80% P2O5,2.85% MgO and 15.23% SiO2.
