长碳链烷基羟肟酸对钛铁矿的浮选性能与机理研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了正癸基羟肟酸和正辛基羟肟酸为代表的长碳链烷基羟肟酸对钛铁矿的捕收性能,考察了矿浆pH、药剂用量对钛铁矿单矿物浮选回收率的影响。结果表明,正癸基羟肟酸对钛铁矿的捕收能力强于正辛基羟肟酸,该两种羟肟酸浮选钛铁矿的最佳pH值在7左右。并采用吸附量测定、红外光谱分析、Zeta电位测定、XPS分析手段研究了正癸基羟肟酸与钛铁矿作用机理。结果表明,正癸基羟肟酸在钛铁矿表面发生了化学吸附和物理吸附。 The flotation behavior of long-chain alkyl hydroxamic acid represented by octyl-hydroxamic acid and decyl-hydroxamic acid to ilmenite were investigated through the effect of the dosage of hydroxamic acid and the pH of pulp to the recovery of the single ilmenite. The results show that the collecting ability of the decyl- hydroxamic acid to ilmenite is stronger than that of octyl-hydroxamic acid under similar condition,and the optimal p H value in the flotation of ilmenite with these two kinds of hydroxamic acids is around 7. 0. The adsorption capacity measurement,Zeta potential,infrared spectrum analysis and XPS analysis results prove that the adsorption of decyl-hydroxamic acids on the ilmenite surface are both chemical adsorption and physical adsorption.
