摘要
研究绿色高效的钛铁矿精矿脱药方法,对其清洁利用具有重要意义。油酸钠为钛铁矿浮选常用的捕收剂,针对钛铁矿表面吸附的油酸钠,采用氧化脱药工艺,研究氧化剂种类、用量及脱药段数对油酸钠脱除率的影响;并采用扫描电镜(SEM)及红外光谱测试手段分析了氧化脱药的机理。研究结果表明,过氧化氢是钛铁矿表面油酸钠有效的脱药试剂,可氧化解析吸附于钛铁矿表面的油酸钠。对吸附油酸钠的钛铁矿采用两段氧化脱药工艺,当第一段和第二段过氧化氢用量均为1100~1200 g/t时,油酸钠的总脱除率为71.97%。本研究可为浮选精矿的脱药提供一定的借鉴。
It is important to develop a green and efficient removal method for the clean utilization of ilmenite concentrate.In this paper,aiming atsodiumoleate adsorbed on the surface of ilmenite,the effects of oxidant type,dosage and number of reagent removal stages on the removal rate of sodium oleate were studied using oxidative reagent removal process.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and infrared spectroscopy are used to analyze the effects of oxidation reagent-removal mechanism.The results show that hydrogen peroxide is an effective reagent for the removal of sodium oleate,which can oxidize and resolve the sodium oleate adsorbed on the surface of ilmenite.For the ilmenite adsorbed sodium oleate,a two-stage oxidativereagent removal process was used.When the dosage of hydrogen peroxide in the first stage and second stages is 1100-1200 g/t respectively,the total removal rate of sodium oleate is 71.97%.This study can provide some reference for the removal of reagent of flotation concentrate.
