某中低品位钙硅质胶磷矿双反浮选工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 某磷矿原矿P2O5品位为22.12%,SiO2和CaO质量分数分别为15.02%和37.55%,是一典型的中低品位钙硅质胶磷矿,通过双反浮选工艺,配合高效的脱镁及脱硅药剂,获得了精矿P2O5品位31.70%,MgO质量分数0.45%,精矿P2O5回收率90.88%的优异指标,为该类型磷矿的开发利用提供了技术依据。 The low-grade phosphate rock grade of Pz Os is 22.12~,the content of SiO2 and CaO is 15.02~ and 37.55~. The low-grade phosphate rock is a typical low grade calcareous and siliceous conophanite. Through the double reverse flotation technology,and with the magnesium removal efficiency reagent, the concentrate grade of P2O5 is 31.70%,the MgO concentration is 0.45%, the recovery rate of P2 Os is 90. 88%. This process provide the technical for full use of this type of phosphate ore.
