摘要
从项目生命周期的视角来探讨工程项目的员工激励,分析各个阶段员工的需求特征及构建员工的动态激励模式具有重要的现实意义。在借鉴国内外关于工程项目管理员工激励研究的基础上,按照项目生命周期的启动、规划、实施、收尾四个阶段,结合工程项目中专业技术型员工和劳务型员工的特点,分析生命周期各阶段这两种类型员工的需求特征及激励措施,探讨了工程项目生命周期各阶段员工的动态激励模式,以期达到最佳的激励效果。
From the perspective of the project life cycle, the paper explores the motivation of project staff, analyzes various stages of staff needs and builds the staff morale model. Taking the experience from the project management from home and abroad, based on the research staff motivation, according to the 4 stages of project life cycle: initiating, planning, implementation, and ending, combined with the features of the professional and technical staff and services based staff, the paper analyzes the life cycle of the need characteristics of both types of employee and motivational factors, and discusses the construction project life cycle phases of employee incentive model in order to achieve the best results.
