摘要
鼓励自主创新是中小板设立的初衷,科技引领发展也是中小板上市公司的典型特征,因此探讨中小板上市公司R&D投入的动力来源是客观上的要求。以R&D投入为切入点,基于博弈视角探讨了中小板上市公司R&D投入动力,囊括原发性动力和作用性动力两大方面,并提出建议:目前应加强补贴与监管,提高知识产权的保护力度,同时R&D投入要以消费为导向;长期来说,要推动市场改革,提高公平竞争程度,树立崇尚科技创新的新风尚。
Encouraging independent innovation is the original intention of the establishment of small and medium - sized board, and the development depending on science and technology is also the typical characteristic of small and medium - sized board listed companies. So it is an objective requirement to study the R＆D input power of small and medium - sized board listed companies. This paper, taking R＆D input as the starting point, based on the perspective of game theory, researched on the power of R＆D input of small and medium - sized board listed companies, including the primary motivation and acting power , and gave suggestions as follows： in the short term, the main work is to strengthen supervision on subsi- dies, and improve the intellectual property protection efforts and consumption oriented R＆D input; in the long term, the main work is to promote the market reform in order to improve fair competition and set up the new trend of advocating sci- ence and technology innovation.
