摘要
提出一种专利组合分析新方法:专利优先权网络。在给出专利族成员、优先权专利概念的基础上,构建专利优先权网络,编制关键技术链、显著技术链、核心优先权专利的算法。以苹果电脑公司"用于触敏输入设备的手势"专利为例,运用该方法对专利族进行分析,得出多点触控技术为公司的重要技术,保护力度大,其中关键技术专利有11件,而"手持装置触摸板"、"用于触敏输入设备的手势"等专利对技术发展的影响深远,未来公司对多点触控技术的研发将重点放在其与语音识别、计算机视觉等技术整合上,以满足消费者对人机交互的需求。实例证明,专利优先权网络有助于分析企业专利战略。
A novel model of patent portfolio analysis is performed by examining patent priority networks (PPNs) through patent family members and claimed priority patents in this paper. The algorithms of critical chain, significant chain and core patent are claimed for the PPN. A patent of Apple Computer Inc. " method and apparatus for integrating manual input" as an illustrative example is thoroughly analyzed by using this PPN method. It is found there are 11 critical chains, and "multi-touch technology" is of great importance to the company and must be given thoroughly protection. It is forecasted that the company will focus on the combination of the multi -touch technology with speech recognition and computer vision to meet the consumer' s demand of human-computer interaction in the future. The example shows that the patent priority network method is a considerable tool for enterprise patent strategy analysis.
