摘要
[目的/意义]专利组合通过组合相互关联的专利形成一个完整的、保护范围更大的"超级专利",是当前专利管理的重要手段。[方法/过程]基于国内专利数据现状,针对高校专利在技术层面上组合关系不确定或组合特征不明显等问题,提出了一种以发明人创新团队为基础,利用专利技术领域相关性,识别专利组合的新方法,并以中国农业大学为例,进行了方法验证。[结果/结论]结果表明,该方法所构建的专利组合与创新团队具有高度相关性,具有较高的应用价值,可用于高校专利管理部门技术转移过程中专利的组合与评估,亦可为相关机构技术引进策略的制定提供参考。[局限]由于英文文献数据与中文专利数据间的映射存在一定困难,且文本挖掘技术对中文文本的处理效果不是很理想,未来还需要对该方法做进一步优化。
[ Purpose/significance ] Patent portfolio is an important means in current patent management. It assembles some interrelated patents to form a "super patent" with complete and larger scope of protection. [ Method/process ] Based on the data acquired from SIPO of R. P. C, to solve the problems of the uncertain syntagmatic relationship and less obvious features of patent portfolio of university' s patents, this paper provides a new method that can integrate patents by exploring their inventors' collaboration and their co-relationship in IPC technology fields. Patents of China Agricultural University are analyzed to test the method' s validity. [ Result/conclusion] Result shows that the method raised in this paper is effective in identifying patent portfolio of university' s patents. [ Limitations ] There are some difficulties in the correspondence between English articles and Chinese patents and text mining in Chinese text analysis is not good enough, so this method is not perfect. Future researches should be optimized in these two aspects.
