冲击荷载作用下船舶管路系统动力响应时域仿真分析及模型试验 被引量:8

摘要 舰艇管路系统的抗冲击安全性能是其战斗力及生命力的重要组成部分,研究管路系统抗冲击最有效的方法为实船爆炸,但是费用昂贵,因此找出一种与实际试验符合的高精度数值研究方法的需求极为迫切。本文基于时域分析法,分别采用接触单元、固定约束单元模拟管夹、支吊架管路元器件对管路系统的约束,建立冲击荷载作用下管路系统的时域仿真计算分析方法,并通过典型船舶管路段跌落台物理模型试验对上述仿真方法进行有效修正和验证。通过模型试验验证,本文给出的仿真分析方法仿真精度与试验结果相比,峰值误差小于15%。 The anti-shock property of pipeline system is one of the important elements of naval ship survive-ability. The method of underwater explosion experiment of naval ship is the most effective method to investigate the ability of anti-shock, but it is also very expensive. It is urgent to find a good numerical study method to simulate the dynamical response of pipeline system under shock. A numerical method in time domain is presented in this paper to simulate the dynamical response of the typical pipeline in naval ship. The restriction of pipe system by pipe clamps and hangers are simulated by contact element and fixed constraint respectively. The method is modified and verified by a fall-down experiment of the pipeline. The numerical results are compared to the model experimental results, and the errors of the response peaks are less than 15 percent.
