摘要
运用轻气炮试验装置发射的炮弹撞击砧块,再利用砧块的惯性对抗冲元件施加冲击载荷,分别测量隔振元件所受到的力和位移,可以得到隔振元件的抗冲动态特性,本方法解决了测评抗冲元件动态特性的问题,为抗冲元件动态特性的研究提供了新的试验方法。同时,运用有限元法对试验进行了动态数值分析,数值分析结果与试验结果进行了比较,取得了较好的效果,这为在试验比较困难情况下对抗冲元件动态特性进行研究提供了新的手段。
A new method of measuring dynamical characteristics of shock-isolator is presented. The shell shot by light-gas cannon strikes the hammering block, which can obtain definite velocity. The shock load on the tested shock-isolator is acted due to hammering block's inertia. The resulted displacement and force can be gotten by the test installation, and the dynamical characteristics of shock-isolator can be identified by analyzing the test data. A dynamic numerical analysis is carried out simultaneously with FEA. The result of dynamical numerical analysis is rather well compared with the result of test. It offers a new means for studying dynamical characteristics of shock-isolator when the condition of test is very difficult.
