摘要
采用试验方法对BE型橡胶隔振器的冲击极限进行探索,获得隔振元件的冲击极限及极限载荷下的破坏模式。通过有限元软件ABAQUS,采用Marlow模型模拟橡胶材料,对BE型橡胶隔振器的抗冲性能进行数值模拟,无论极限载荷还是隔振元件的破坏模式,数值结果均与试验结果吻合较好,表明该数值方法能有效模拟隔振器的抗冲性能,是研究橡胶隔振器冲击极限载荷的一种有效手段。
The anti-shock property of a BE rubber vibration isolator is studied.The ultimate shock load of the BE rubber vibration isolator is measured experimentally.Using ABAQUS code for finite element analysis and the Marlow rubber model,the anti-shock property of the BE rubber isolator is simulated.Good agreement between the numerical results and experimental results is found.It shows that this numerical method is efficient,and can be employed to study the ultimate load and anti-shock performance of rubber isolators.
