系泊力设计原则(英文)

摘要 回顾系泊船舶的行为和在泊位设计时系缆配备的一般原则.系泊力是码头及泊位靠泊能力的一个重要因素.影响系泊力的因素有风、流及波浪等,这些外力的影响通过缆绳传递给泊位及码头自身.结合油船系泊的行业要求,分析系泊设计的基本要求.探讨频率域和时域模型在船舶系泊上的应用. Some fundamental concepts of moored vessel behaviour, the layout of mooring lines and the important mooring loads on the design of the berth structure are introduced. Mooring loads often govern the required lateral load capacity of a pier or berth structure. Mooring loads are induced by the action of wind, current, and waves on the moored vessel and transmitted to the structure via direct breasting or through the pull of mooring lines. The relevant design principles are reviewed with regard to the mooring loads. In case of crude oil tanker, the mooring principle is analyzed. The two approaches are compared to the mathematical simulation of ship moorings based on the frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis.
