摘要
目的了解广西边境地区二级以上医院应对突发事件的紧急医疗救援能力,发现问题并提出相应对策。方法采用统一问卷对广西边境地区的11家二级以上医院进行调查,调查内容包括:医院基本情况、医疗救治专家组情况、应急预案、卫生人力资源调配、病床及相关设施、应急资源储备、应急设备获得、疾病的院内治疗指导方案等,并采用描述性统计分析方法进行分析。结果在突发事件紧急医疗救援中,广西边境地区二级以上医院在人力资源调配方面有一定能力,在病床及相关设施扩充方面的能力有限,对应急资源具有一定储备,多数医院不能从其他部门获得应急资源。结论广西边境地区二级以上医院已具有一定的突发事件紧急医疗救治能力,但仍需进一步提高和完善。
Objective To evaluate the first aid capacity for public health emergencies in hospitals second - graded or above in frontier regions of Guangxi Province so as to find the problems and explore their corresponding strategies. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted for 11 hospitals second - graded or above in frontier regions of Guangxl Province. The ques- tionnaire included the contents of basic conditions of hospitals, status of medical expert group for emergency, response plans, health human resource allocation, ward beds and related facilities, emergency resources reserves, emergency equipment acquire- ment, and guidelines for nosocomial treatment of diseases. The descriptive statistical analysis was taken. Results During the course of first aid, hospitals second - graded or above in frontier regions of Guangxi Province had a certain capability in human re-source allocation, but their capacity of ward beds and related facilities was limited. There were a certain reserves in emergency resources, however, most hospitals could not obtain the emergency resources from other departments. Conclusion The hospitals second - graded or above in frontier regions of Guangxi Province have got a certain capability of first aid for public health emergen- cies. Nevertheless, the capability still needs to be further increased and improved.
