中药水提物对酵母朊病毒[PSI^+]的治愈作用

摘要 筛选能够治愈酵母朊病毒[PSI+]的中药,为开发抗朊病毒中药制剂提供依据。采用试管二倍稀释法测定18种中药水提物的最小抑菌浓度,液体治愈法研究中药水提物对酵母朊病毒[PSI+]的治愈作用。结果表明:白芨、五味子水提物质量浓度为125 mg/mL时,对酵母朊病毒[PSI+]均有治愈作用,同时,白芨、五味子水提物作用酵母朊病毒[PSI+]5d的治愈率分别为67.5%和33.2%。 This paper aims to screen traditional Chinese medicines that could cure yeast prion [PSI^+] and provide foundations for developing anti-prion traditional Chinese medicines preparations. The serial two-fold dilutions method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of aqueous extracts from 18 traditional Chinese medicines for Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and the curing effects of these aqueous extracts on yeast prion [ PSI^+ ] were investigated by liquid culture method. The results showed that the aqueous extracts from Bletilla Striata and Schisandra Chinensis were active in curing yeast prion [ PSI^+ ] with a concentration of 125 mg/mL. After a 5- day treating with these two aqueous extracts, the curing rates of [ PSI^+ ] cells were 67.5% and 33. 2% respectively.
