模具专业教师到企业进行实践锻炼是提高自己实操能力的有效途径,本文分析了教师在实践锻炼中普遍存在的问题,介绍了作者实践锻炼经历和实践成果,为即将参加实践锻炼的教师提供参考。
To practice in enterprises is an effective way to improve the practical operation ability for mold major teachers. The article analyzed the common problems of the issue, and introduced practice experiences and practical results, giving a reference to the teachers who will practice in enterprises.
