摘要
企业参与高职人才培养是高等职业教育的重要内容和特色,也是高等职业教育发展的重要途径。文章通过对高等职业技术教育概念、高职人才培养模式基本特征的阐述,分析了企业参与高职人才培养的理论基础,提出了企业参与高职人才培养的实践意义。
Enterprise＇s involvement in nurturing high vocationan talents is not only the vial content and characteristic of the high-vocational education, but also an important approach to the development of high-vocational education, This essay, by expatiating on the concepts of high vocational and technical education and on the basic characteristics of the nurturing mode of high vocational talent, made an analysis on the theory foundation of enterprise＇s involvement in nurturing high-vocational talents as well as on the practical significanccs of the enterprise＇s involvement in nurturing high-vocational talents.
