摘要
本文认为,在高职院校与企业合作建立校外实践教学基地的过程中,政府、行业协会、专业管理委员会、学生(校友)是重要的纽带,而双方在人才培养、企业员工培训以及技术开发与应用方面的合作是重要的切入点,利益机制、保障机制、信任机制是保证合作顺利进行的重要机制。
the paper holds that government, association of professions, committee of specialty supervision and alumnus can serve as a bridge in setting up off-campus practical bases with the joint efforts from high vocational technological universities and enterprises, and the fields such as education, employee training and development and application of technology are the common ground of their cooperation while financial returns, guarantee and mutual trust ensure their cooperation.
