Synthesis and Analytical Application of Fluorescent Iron Ions(Ⅲ) Probe Based on 2-(4-aminophenyl)benzo[d]thiazole and 2-Picolylamine Derivatives

摘要 设计合成了两种新型的以2-苯基苯并噻唑为荧光团、N-(2-吡啶甲基)胺为识别基团的铁离子荧光分子探针2-(4-N-2-吡啶甲胺基)苯基-1,3-苯并噻唑(A1)和2-(4-N,N-双2-吡啶甲胺基)苯基-1,3-苯并噻唑(A2),化合物结构用UV,IR,1H NMR和13C NMR进行了表征,并考察了探针的荧光特性。结果表明荧光分子探针A2在CH3CH2OH/H2O(1∶1,V/V)溶液中,能从常见的金属离子中以95%的荧光淬灭率选择性地识别铁离子,对Fe3+线性响应范围在0.15~1.3μmol/L之间,且检出限达10 nmol/L。 Two novel iron ion fluorescent probes of N-(2-(pyridin-4-ylmethyl)phenyl)benzo[d]thiazol-2-amine(A1) and N-(2-(2-(pyridin-4-yl)ethyl)phenyl)benzo[d]thiazol-2-amine(A2) that utilize 2-phenylbenzo[d]thiazole as fluorogen and bis-2-picolylamine as recognition group were designed and synthesized.The structure of the compounds was identified by UV-visible spectrum,IR spectrum,1H NMR,and 13C NMR,the fluorescence properties of the probes were also evaluated.The probe A2 exhibited excellent selectivity for recognition of iron ion among other common metal ions in CH3CH2OH/H2O(1 ∶ 1,V/V) solution,the fluorenscence quenching ratio was 95%,with a linear working range of 0.15~1.3 μmol/L and a detection limit of 10 nmol/L of Fe3+.
