摘要
经过酯化、重排和Ｃｌａｉｓｅｎ缩合反应从对甲苯酚和苯乙酸合成了异黄酮的衍生物，再与苯肼反应，得到了吡唑类衍生物。对反应产物进行了红外、核磁共振、质谱及元素分析测定，并对实验结果进行了讨论。
By esterification,rearrangement and Claisen condensation reactions,the derivative of isoflavone is synthesised from p-methylphenol and phenylacetic acid.Isoflavone reacts with phenylhydrazine,and the pyrazole derivative is obtained.The IR spectrum,NMR spectrum,MS and elemental constituent are tested.The experimental results are discussed.
