摘要
对在企业实习学生的管理是高职高专"321"人才培养模式改革的关键环节,其成功与否直接影响到"321"人才培养模式改革实施的成败,为此对学生赴企业实习管理的现状及存在问题进行探讨,总结经验,摸索科学的管理对策,为"321"人才培养模式改革的实施保驾护航。
Student management of the enterprise practice is the key link to "321" talent fostering mode. Whether the management is successful or not will directly affect the outcomes of "32I" talent fostering mode. Therefore, this paper discusses the status and the existing problems of student management, summarizes the experience and works out a set of scientific management countermeasures in order to escort for "321" talent fostering mode reform.
