摘要
新加坡“教学工厂”是一种教学模式、教学思想，它以学校为本位。其突出特点是融理论于实践中，融教学环境于企业环境中，融专业教学于行业要求中。对我国职校机电专业教学的启示是：加强课程内容整合；利用先进的教学手段，突出学生主体地位；实施弹性学制，提高学生学习的主动性；加强与企业的联系合作。
The ＂teaching factory＂ in Singapore is a teaching model and teaching thought, which is school -based, and its prominent characteristics are ： integrating theory into practice, integrating teaching environment into enterprise environment, integrating specialty teaching into industry requirement. Its revelations to mechanical and electrical specialty of secondary vocational school in China are ： reinforcing the integration of curriculum content ; taking advantage of advanced teaching measures ; standing out the subjective status of students ; carrying out flexible studying system to enhance the initiative of student learning; strengthening the connection and cooperation with enterprises.
