摘要
不锈钢铸坯的凝固特性与碳钢截然不同,其对结晶器窄面铜板的侵蚀与磨损非常严重。本文通过对不锈钢连铸现场结晶器铜板的使用效果跟踪检测与记录,分析其破坏机理,并对多种技术窄面涂层进行对比,提出将高效能半导体激光器与火焰喷涂相结合的新型喷涂技术,提高了窄面铜板涂层寿命。
The crystallizing properties of stainless steel slab are different with carbon steel. The narrow face of the copper mold is eroded and worn seriously during stainless steel slab casting. Through the tracking detection and record for the use effect of stainless steel continuous casting mold, the failure mechanism of the narrow face copper plate is analyzed. The various techniques for narrow surface coating are compared. A new spraying technology combining the high efficient semiconductor laser with flame spray technology is put forward. It prolonged the life of coating on the narrow face copper plate.
