改善430铁素体不锈钢板坯质量连铸工艺实践

摘要 合理的结晶器电磁搅拌参数和连铸二冷工艺制度,是提高不锈钢连铸坯质量的关键。本文以某钢厂1255 mm×200 mm 430铁素体不锈钢铸坯为研究对象,对其在现工艺下的连铸板坯质量进行了分析,并研究了电磁搅拌参数、二冷配水制度对连铸坯等轴晶率的影响规律。研究表明:在现行连铸冷却工艺下,430铁素体不锈钢连铸板坯等轴晶率偏低,约为30%左右,且随着电磁搅拌能力以及二冷比水量的增大,铸坯的等轴晶率逐渐降低,不利于连铸坯质量的提高。在此基础上,提出了基于提高铸坯等轴晶率的连铸冷却凝固过程电磁搅拌及二次冷却工艺参数,即降低电磁搅拌强度为300 A,5 Hz,以及采用二冷区弯曲段强冷+水平段弱冷的冷却措施。工业试验后,结晶器液面波动稳定在±3 mm,且430铁素体不锈钢连铸板坯等轴晶率基本在60%以上,降低了裂纹缺陷发生率,可为该类不锈钢连铸生产提供借鉴。 Reasonable mold electromagnetic stirring parameters and continuous casting secondary cooling process system are the key to improve the quality of stainless steel continuous casting slab.In this paper,1255 mm×Taking 200 mm 430 ferritic stainless steel as the research object,the quality of continuous casting slab under the current process was analyzed,and the influence of electromagnetic stirring parameters and secondary cooling water distribution system on the equiaxed crystal ratio of continuous casting slab was studied.The research shows that under the current continuous casting cooling process,the equiaxed crystal ratio of 430 ferritic stainless steel continuous casting slab is low,about 30%,and with the increase of electromagnetic stirring capacity and secondary cooling specific water content,the equiaxed crystal ratio of the slab gradually decreases,which is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of the continuous casting slab.On this basis,the process parameters of electromagnetic stirring and secondary cooling in the cooling solidification process of continuous casting based on increasing the equiaxed crystal ratio of the slab are proposed,that is,reducing the electromagnetic stirring intensity to 300 A and 5 Hz,and adopting the cooling measures of strong cooling in the bending section of the secondary cooling zone and weak cooling in the horizontal section.After the industrial test,the liquid level fluctuation of the mold is stable at±3 mm,and the equiaxed crystal rate of 430 ferritic stainless steel continuous casting slab is basically above 60%,which reduces the incidence of crack defects,which can provide a reference for the continuous casting production of this type of stainless steel.
