摘要
目的:探讨临床药师在眼科Ⅰ类切口手术患者围术期预防用抗菌药物中的作用及效果。方法:对我院2010年5-7月219例(干预前)和2010年9-11月229例(干预后)眼科Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防用抗菌药物时机、合理应用率、用药金额等进行统计、分析。结果:经临床药师干预,预防用抗菌药物时机的正确率从干预前的1.83%增加到干预后的95.6%(P<0.01);术后抗菌药物应用时间由干预前的(3.3±1.9)d缩短到干预后的(1.9±1.1)d(P<0.01);抗菌药物合理应用率从干预前的0.4%增加至干预后的82.9%。结论:通过临床药师对眼科Ⅰ类切口手术患者围术期预防用抗菌药物实施干预,可明显提高抗菌药物的合理应用率,对促进抗菌药物合理应用、提高医疗质量具有积极意义。
OBJECTIVE：To discuss the role and effects of clinical pharmacists in perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterial in patients underwent ophthalmologic type Ⅰ incision.METHODS：In retrospective study,perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterial in patients underwent ophthalmologic type Ⅰ incision in our hospital during May.-Jul.in 2010（before intervention） and Sept.-Nov.in 2010（after intervention） was analyzed statistically in terms of medication timing,the ratio of rational drug use,consumption sum,etc.RESULTS：After the intervention of clinical pharmacists,the accuracy of medication timing increased from 1.83% before intervention to 95.6% after intervention（P0.01）;the postoperative medication time of antibacterial reduced from（3.3±1.9）d before intervention to（1.9±1.1）d after intervention（P0.01）.Moreover,the qualified rate of antibacterial use rose from 0.4% before intervention to 82.9% after intervention.CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists intervene in perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterial in patients underwent ophthalmologic type Ⅰ incision,which improve the rational use of antibacterial.It is of significance to rational use of antibacterial and medical quality.
