摘要
[目的]探讨普外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状及合理性。[方法]对普外科2004年和2006年4月份手术患者围手术期抗菌药物应用进行回顾性比较分析。[结果]两年全部手术病例均使用了抗菌药物,2004年术后平均使用(6.68±2.88)d,术后平均住院日(8.85±7.08)d;2006年总术后平均用药(3.94±3.20)d,术后平均住院日(6.90±5.78)d;术后平均使用日2006年明显比2004年缩短(t=6.288,P=0.000),术后平均住院日2006年明显比2004年缩短(t=2.126,P=0.035)。术后单用1种和2联比例两年无统计学差异(P﹥0.05),3联比例2006年明显比2004年下降(χ=14.874,P=0.000)。抗菌药物选择种类基本相似,但使用频率不尽相同。[结论]普外科围手2术期抗菌药物的使用有不合理因素,应加以避免。
[Objective] To explore utilization status and rationa.lity of antibiotic drug in general surgery during perioperaLive period. [Methods] The application of antibiotics in patients with general surgery during pehoperative period in April 2004 and April 2006 was retrospectively analyzed and compared. [Results] In 2004, antibiotics were used in ail patients with general surgery, the average time of using antibiotics and hospitalization after operation was 6.68±2.88 days and 8.85±7.08 days, respectively, and for 2006, they were 3.94±3.20 days and 6.90±5.78 days, respectively. The average time of using antibiotics in 2006 was significantly decreased than that in 2004 （t = 6.288, P = 0.000） and file average time of hospitalization in 2006 was also sig＇nificanfly decreased than that in 2004 （t = 2.126, P = 0.035）. No significant difference was found between the rate of using single antibiotic and the rate of combination of two kinds of antibiotics in the two years after operation （P 〉 0.05）. The rate of combination of 3 kinds of antibiotics significantly decreased in 2006 when compared with 2004（x^2=14.874. P = 0.000）. In 2006 and 2004, the selection types of antibiotics were basically similar, but had the difference frequencies of usage. [ Conclusion ] Improper factors of usage of antibiotics existed during perioperative period, which should be avoided.
