摘要
近年来"企业用工荒"一词经常见于报端、电视或其它媒体,这已成为了热点问题。企业用工荒有其多方面的因素造成,也是国家经济建设过程中需要解决的问题。这不光是企业的责任,也需要全社会的关心与支持,尤其是培养高技能人才的高职院校在企业用工荒的大背景下应该有所作为。
In recent years, ＂labor shortages＂ has become one of the hottest topics on television or other media for many years. It is well known to us that the reasons are various . And the problem must be solved in national economic development process. This task not only is the responsibility of the enterprises, it also needs care and support of the whole society, especially calls for higher vocational college in the background.
