萨北过渡带蒸汽驱开采工艺技术研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 大庆油田萨北过渡带油层渗透率低、非均质性严重,原油黏度较高。为改善其开发效果,2008年在原油黏度相对较高的三、四条带开展了蒸汽驱油现场试验。通过合理优化油藏的井网、井距及注采参数,应用高温热采条件下的完井、注入等相关配套采油工艺技术,试验区注汽井日注汽量达到792m3,采油井平均日产液38.3t、产油1.5t,累计产液70.32×10^4t、产油2.75×10^4t,达到油藏预测指标,取得了较好的开采效果。近3a的生产实践表明,采用蒸汽驱提高过渡带采收率技术可行。 The oil layers in Sabei transitional zone of Daqing Oilfield are characterized by low permeability, serious heterogeneity and much higher oil viscosity. In order to improve the development effects of the transitional zone, steam flooding field test is carried out in the third and forth belts with higher oil viscosity in 2008. Through the rational optimization of the well patterns, spacing and injectionroduction parameters, the related matching production technologies and techniques of well completion and injection are adopted under the conditions of high temperature and thermal recovery, the injected steam in the test area reaches 792 m3 , average liquid and oil productions per day for an oil producer are up to 38.3 t and 1.5 t respectively; the corresponding accumulative liquid and oil productions have risen to 70. 32 x 10^4 t and 2. 75 x 10^4 t. In a word, the stimulation has achieved better recovery results and met the predicted targets of the reservoirs. Nearly three years ' production practice shows that the steam flooding is feasible to enhance the oil recovery factor in transitional zones.
