摘要
辽河油区是中国重要的稠油生产基地,经过近20年的技术攻关和实践,形成了以中、深层稠油和特、超稠油开采技术为代表的特色技术,主要包括稠油热采、防砂、举升、集输及稠油钻、完井等工艺技术。辽河油区稠油油藏开采目前也面临着一系列突出的矛盾,应在广泛调研国内外稠油开采技术新进展的基础上,发挥油藏地质研究、钻完井工艺技术、采油工艺技术的综合优势,重点在蒸汽吞吐后经济的接替技术、薄层稠油开发技术、大幅度提高稠油热采水平井(侧钻水平井)生产寿命技术、海上稠油经济开发方式几方面开展系统研究和试验。
Liaohe oil province is an important heavy oil production base of China. Through nearly two decades of technical research and field practice, the unique techniques, especially medium and deep heavy oil and extra and super-heavy oil production techniques are formed, including the heavy oil thermal production, the sand control, the artificial lifting, the transportation and processing, the heavy oil drilling and completion techniques, etc. The authors summarize the main techniques of heavy oil development in Liaohe and make recommendations on the key technical research in the next step in the light of the main contradictions at present. To tackle these issues, attention should he focused on the following economic process after CSS: thin heavy oil reservoir development techniques, prolonging production life for thermal horizontal wells, and offshore heavy oil development techniques.
