摘要
为了探索孤岛油田稠油注CO_2增油机理,采用PVT和对称悬滴形状分析技术,开展了不同温度和压力下CO_2在稠油中溶解度、体积系数、密度和CO_2—水—稠油间界面张力及其影响因素研究,通过实验结果阐述了CO_2与相关参数的变化规律。通过实验发现孤岛油田稠油在溶解CO_2后,能强烈抽提轻烃形成萃取作用;压力在18 MPa以上有明显的油滴"爬杆"现象。矿场应用效果明显。
In order to explore the heavy oil enhancing mechanism by the carbon dioxide injection in Gudao,through adopting the PVT barrel and symmetric hanging drop shape analyzing technology,the following studies were conducted for the CO2 solubility,volume factor,density,CO2-water-heavy oil interfacial tension and their influencing factors under different temperatures and pressures,and moreover the changed laws between the CO2 and related parameters were discussed with the help of the experimental results. The experiments show that after the solution of the CO2 in the heavy oil of Gudao Oilfield,the light hydrocarbons can be strongly extracted,thus the extracting action has been effectively displayed; and furthermore the obvious "pole climbing phenomenon" of the oil drops is presented for the pressure above 18 MPa. In a word,the field application effects are significant.
