TVT-O手术治疗压力性尿失禁的临床疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的分析采用TVT-O手术治疗压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将86例压力性尿失禁患者随机分为TVT手术组和TVT-O手术组,分别43例,比较两组的疗效及并发症。结果 TVT组治愈27例,显效12例,无效4例;TVT-O组治愈39例,显效4例,无效0例,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 TVT-O治疗女性压力性尿失禁能提高女性患者的生活质量,TVT-O手术较TVT更简单,创伤更小,并发症也轻,值得广泛应用。
