摘要
目的探讨无张力阴道吊带术(TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效.方法 30例女性压力性尿失禁患者行经阴道TVT.结果随访3～31个月,平均21.8个月.术后拔除导尿管后尿失禁症状均得到控制,1例术后6个月再次出现尿失禁症状.2例术后出现排尿困难,分别于3周和2个月后恢复正常排尿.4例术后有尿频、尿急的症状.结论 TVT术操作简单、安全,效果好.
Objective To evaluate the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence by tension-free vaginal tape(TVT).Methods TVT was performed in 30 female cases with stress urinary incontinence.Results At mean 21.8 months follow up (from 3-31 months),all cases clinically improved,and only one recurred after 6 months.Dysuria occurred in 2 cases,who got right after 3 weeks and 2 months.After operation,urgency and frequency of micturition occurred in 4 cases.Conclusion TVT is a simple,safe and reliable procedure for stress uinary incontinence with good result.
