摘要
目的 观察经闭孔经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术 (tension freevaginaltape obturator ,TVT O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果。方法 采用经闭孔经阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁 8例。结果 8例患者术后尿失禁得到控制 ,平均手术时间 4 8min ,平均出血量 4 0ml。术后随访 6月无再次尿失禁发生。结论 TVT O手术创伤小、悬吊合适疗效可靠 ,手术并发症低。
Objective Objective To evaluate tension-free vaginal tape─Obturator (TVT-O) for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.Methods Methods Tension-free vaginal tape―Obturator (TVT-O) was applied for 8 women with stress urinary incontinence.Results After operation,all of the patients' incontinence were under control.Mean operative time was 48 min and mean operative bleeding was 40 ml.The patients achieved normal voiding without complications postoperatively during 6 months follow up.Conclusion TVT-O is an effective operation associated with few minor complications.
