摘要
网络的发展催生了新型的图书馆,人力资源的开发与管理是图书馆适应社会环境持续发展的动力,而人事管理和人事制度改革直接关系到人力资源的合理配置与使用。针对目前两种人事制度管理的状况,提出了图书馆人事制度改革的对策。
The development of the network gives birth to the new library, the development and management of human resource is the power of the sustainable development of the library to adapt to the social environment, and the personnel management and personnel system reform relate directly to the reasonable configuration and use of human resource. In the light of the current status of two personnel management systems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for library' s personnel system reform.
