摘要 目的:探讨以问题为中心教学(PBL)方法在脑血管病临床见习教学中的应用与效果。方法:将我科临床见习的2007级五年制本科医学生43人随机分为PBL教学组(PBL组,n=22)和传统教学组(传统组,n=21)。PBL组采用PBL教学法,按"精选病例→提出问题→病例讨论→总结提高"步骤进行教学;传统组采用传统教学法,按"复习相关知识→病房查体见习→讨论分析→总结"步骤进行全程教师为主体、学生参与的教学。比较两组脑血管病单元考试成绩。结果:PBL组的成绩(91.5±3.6)分显著高于传统组的为(87.7±6.3)分(P<0.05)。结论:将PBL方法应用脑血管病临床见习教学中,有助于提高学生的学习自主性、临床思维水平及学习效果。 Objective: To explore the efficacy of application of the problem-based learning (PBL) method in clinical probation of cerebrovaseular disease. Methods: 43 medical students were randomly divided into PBL group (n=22) and traditional group (n=21). The students in PBL group were trained by PBL method,by which students understand the clinical medicine knowledge in the coupe of resolving clinical problems based on self-learning. The students in traditional group were trained by traditional method, by which students get their knowledge based on learning from their teachers. The scores of examination were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores (91.5±3.6) in PBL group were significantly higher than that (87.7±6.3) in traditional group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Application of the PBL method in the clinical probation of cerebrovascular disease is helpful of improving the levels of clinical thought, learning enthusiasm and study effect.
