体外循环对脑血管功能影响的实验探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究体外循环对脑血管功能的影响。方法研究采用大鼠实验的方法,对不同模式的体外循环进行比较研究。选取24只大鼠,将其平均分为4组,要求每组大鼠的平均体重相近,大鼠的平均体重为496.3g。4组大鼠分别建立不同的体外循环分为常温转流120min(A组)、深低温低流量60min(B组)、深低温停循环60min(C组)和空白对照(D组)进行体外循环实验研究。实验对大鼠进行胸闭合体外循环的不同模式,体外循环插管选取大鼠右侧颈动脉灌注,右侧外静脉与右心房之间建立起胸外闭合体外循环,实验过程中对大鼠的血管舒张反应、炎症因子以及血管的血气分析进行观察。结果实验中的大鼠全部成功建立循环模式并成功脱离体外循环。A、B、C组的血管舒张反应强度较对照组均受到影响,血浆中一氧化氮的含量明显低于对照组,炎症因子数量高于对照组,且统计学数据有意义。结论体外循环后对脑血管内皮细胞的影响是显而易见的,主要体现在对血管舒张功能的损伤,而炎症反应是引起这一影响的主要原因。
