摘要
针对不平衡量较小时振动信号可能出现的拍频现象,提出一种估算拍频周期的方法和采用正弦逼近法提取不平衡量幅值和相位的方法。通过FFT运算得到近频干扰信号的频率,进而估算信号拍动周期,把一个拍动周期内的数据作为训练样本,采用正弦逼近法来提取不平衡信号的幅值和相位。仿真和实验结果表明:该方法有效解决了不平衡量比较小时测量结果不稳定的现象,提高了测量精度。
Beat waves may appear in vibration signal when unbalance is small. An estimation of beat period using FFT was proposed. Then sine approximation method was used in extraction the unbalance magnitude and phase based on vibration data in a whole beat period. Simulations and experiments show that the method resolves the unsteadiness of measured result when the unbalance is small, and the measurement precision is improved.
