摘要
介绍使用铣床加工进行去重手段的平衡机去重算法以及基于此种算法的平衡机自动去重控制系统的设计。详细分析采用定长变深的去重策略进行外围圆弧铣削的去重算法,可编程控制器(PLC)控制电路结构、以及组态软件在本控制系统中的应用。实践证明该控制系统精确度高,稳定性强,解决手工去重效率低下的问题,且去重模型具有广泛的适用性,稍加修改即可应用于其他同类转子去重。
This paper introduce a balancing machine include the control system which based on a milling method. It synthesizes the outer--surface--milling correction method, automatic control system of the programmable logic controller and the application of configuration software in the control system. Experiments prove the system stability and accuracy. The method solved the problem of low productivity and it has a wide range of applicability. The method can be used in other control system after few modifications.
