摘要
目的考察芹菜素对肥胖型2型糖尿病小鼠模型(db/db小鼠)糖、脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法12只db/db小鼠分正常饮食对照组(6只),芹菜素组(6只,每天灌服200mg/kg芹菜素),并以db/db小鼠的标准对照(C57BL/KsJ小鼠,6只)为正常对照,实验共8周,观察体重、血糖、血脂水平、胰岛素敏感性及葡萄糖负荷后胰岛素水平的变化,并取内脏脂肪行H&E染色后进行组织学观察。结果芹菜素干预可显著防止db/db小鼠体重的增加,降低肥胖小鼠的空腹血糖水平,增加胰岛素敏感性,降低葡萄糖负荷后的胰岛素水平,与db/db对照组比较,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论芹菜素可防止肥胖型2型糖尿病小鼠的体重增加,改善糖、脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To explore the effects of flavonoids chemical Apigenin to the glucose, lipids and insulin resistance in the obesity type 2 diabetes mice-db/db mice. Methods 12 db/db mice were divided into two groups: the normal chow group(6 mice)and the Apigenin group(6 mice). The mice were given normal chow and Apigenin(200 mg/kg per mouse) by gastric gavage, additionally the db/db standard control C57BL/KsJ mice were chosen as the normal control group and given the normal chow add the saline by gastric gavage once a day. After 12 weeks of Apigenin intervention, the variation of body weight, fasting blood glucose, lipids levels, insulin level and the insulin sensitivity were detected, additionally, the visceral fat tissue was studied by H&E stain. Results After 12 weeks of Apigenin intervention, the body weight, the blood glucose level, the lipids level and the insulin level were significantly decreased in db/db mice, and the insulin sensitivity was significantly improved. In H&E study, we found the size of the adipocytes from the visceral fat tissue was smaller than that of the db/db control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Apigenin can prevent the mice insulin resistance, lower the blood glucose and prevent the weight gain in db/db mice.
