摘要
以某车型可靠性试验中发动机罩铰链出现的问题为研究背景,以此车型发动机罩铰链为研究对象,建立该铰链的有限元模型,并对改进前后的发动机罩铰链在不同工况下进行CAE分析,讨论了此车型发动机罩左右铰链固定位置焊点开裂及铰链断裂的原因,提出一种有效的解决方案,使其满足使用要求,为发动机罩的设计和生产提供思路和方法。
The failure of hood hinge in the reliability test of a particular ear is investigated in this article. By taking the hood hinge of this ear as research object, a finite element model is constructed accordingly. Furthermore, the CAE analysis is performed with regard to optimized hood hinge and original one under different conditions. The effective solution is proposed 'after analyzing the cause of welding-spot cracking and hinge rupture at fixing points of right and left hinges for engine hood, thereby satisfying the application requirements and providing the methods for design and production of engine hood.
