摘要
利用有限元方法对某车型在50km/h的速度下正面碰撞刚性墙的过程进行计算机仿真,结果发现发动机罩铰链发生断裂失效,试验结果与仿真结果一致,发动机罩铰链断裂将严重影响到驾驶员及乘员的安全,另一方面也降低了发动机罩变形吸能的能力。根据仿真计算结果,对发动机罩及铰链进行结构和材料两方面的改进设计,从而保证铰链在整车碰撞过程中不再发生断裂,同时也改善了发动机罩的变形吸能模式,进而有效地增强了车身的安全性能。
Computer simulation for frontal crash of a commercial vehicle with finite element method is described in the paper. Data simulation results forecast that the hinge of engine hood should be ruptured during the crash course and the result have been proved by test. Failed engine hood hinge is danger to driver and passengers, and on the other hand, ability of internal energy absorbed of engine hood should be reduced greatly. According to the simulation result, design of energy hood and hinge are modified on structure and material. The new design has improved the distortion mode of energy hood, and the crashworthiness of auto-body has been improved greatly.
