摘要
目的评价缬草液对动物的亚慢性毒性。方法采用经口灌胃法连续90 d给予SD大鼠后,观察缬草液对动物血液学指标、血生化指标、脏体比、进食量及食物利用率和组织病理学指标等的影响。结果雄鼠试验中期中剂量组白细胞分类中的其它细胞(5.40±0.84)%显著高于对照组(4.56±0.52)%(F=5.810,P<0.05),雌鼠低剂量组末期白细胞计数(5.55±1.60)×109/L显著低于(9.59±2.44)×109/L(F=7.024,P<0.05),雄鼠低剂量组血糖(5.83±0.47)mmol/L显著低于对照组(6.32±0.31)mmol/L(F=3.178,P<0.05),雌鼠低剂量组尿素氮(9.38±1.28)mmol/L显著高于对照组(8.13±0.80)mmol/L(F=3.076,P<0.05),其余指标未见异常。结论在本试验条件下,未观察到缬草液明显的毒性反应。
Objective To assess subchronic toxicity of valerian liquid on animals. Methods Valerian liquid was administrated to SD rats by gavage, and hematology indexes, biochemical indexes organ -body ratios, quantity of food - intake, food availability and histopathological indexes were observed. Results For females, significant difference of WBC was found between low - dosage group (5.83 ± 0.47 mmol/L) and control group ( 6.32 ± 0.31 mmol/L) at end - term ( F = 7. 024, P 〈 0.05 ) ; while BUN of low - dosage group (9. 38 ± 1.28 mmol/L) was elevated than control group(8.13 ±0.80 mmol/L) (F =3. 076,P 〈0.05). For males, the mid - term leukocyte classification of middle - dosage group ( (5.40 ± 0.84) % ) was significantly elevated compared with control group ( (4.56 ±0.52)% ) (F = 5. 810, P 〈 0.05 ) ; while the blood glucose of low - dosage group (5.83 ± 0.47 mmol/L) were significantly reduced compared with control group (6.32 ± 0.31 mmoL/L) (F = 3. 178 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion No subchronic toxicity on animals is observed under current experimental conditions.
