转制科研企业科研人员工作满意度的实证分析 被引量:1

摘要 在工作满意度相关理论的基础上,以转制科研企业为对象,对问卷调研结果进行实证分析。转制企业科研人员的满意度构成包括个体满意、组织满意和环境满意等。结果表明,科研人员对企业转制总体持支持和肯定态度,提升企业整体满意度水平贡献最大的因素是业务成就、用人机制、薪酬福利和企业的发展前景;科研人员的年龄和工作年限对于其满意度的感知水平具有明显的影响;性别和学历水平对于科研人员的满意度水平不构成明显影响。 Based on theories of job satisfaction and special characteristics of transformed technological enterprise, this paper analyzes scientific researchers' job satisfaction in the transformed technological enterprise through questionnaire survey. U- sing empirical and statistical research methods to analyze relevant sample data, the research results show that researchers' job satisfaction includes three principal factors named individual satisfaction factor, organizational satisfaction factor, and environmental satisfaction factor. Most of scientific researchers support transform process. Four sub-factors exercise greatly influences over the improvement of researchers' satisfaction that includes achievement of career, employment mechanism, compensation and benefit, and future development of enterprise. Scientific researchers' age and working years have more in- fluential impact on the satisfaction than their gender and education background.
