摘要
研究了电力系统复合绝缘子用硅橡胶材料的配方,通过试验得出了较合理的组分配比。结果表明,在100份(质量,下同)硅橡胶中填充30~40份白炭黑时绝缘材料的拉伸强度可达到4.0 MPa以上,填充90~120份氢氧化铝时耐漏电起痕及电蚀损可分别达到1 A 4.5级和质量损失率小于0.04%,同时硫化剂2,5-二甲基一2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷的添加量必须达到1.5~2.5份才能保证硅橡胶得以完全硫化。将耐热添加剂三氧化二铁和结构化控制剂羟基硅油的用量均控制在4~6份制备硅橡胶混炼胶,可以获得综合性能更好的绝缘材料。
The formula of silicone rubber materi- als for the composite insulator used in power system were investigated, and a reasonable components ratio was found. The results showed that the tensile strength of the material could reach above 4.0 MPa at 30 -40 phr silica per 100 phr silicone rubber, and the tracking resistance and erosion mass loss could achieve grade 1 A 4.5 and below 0.04% , re- spectively, at 90 - 120 phr aluminium hydroxide per 100 phr silicone rubber. Meanwhile, it was only when the amount of vulcanizator 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis (tertiary butyl-peroxy) hexane ranged between 1.5 phr to 2.5 phr that the silicon rubber could be ensured to be vulcanized completely. The insulating materials with better all round properties could be obtained from the silicon rubber compounds which were prepared by keeping both the heat resistant ad- ditive F%O3 and the structurized control agent hy- droxyl silicone oil at 4 -6 phr.
