摘要
参数化设计是产品快速开发与设计的重要手段。本文利用Pro/E软件的参数化功能实现碗形直齿插刀的三维参数化造型设计。根据碗形直齿插刀的加工原理和渐开线的理论公式精确地完成插刀的基本形体和齿槽的轮廓设计。再利用扫描和阵列命令切出碗形直齿插刀的齿槽特征模型。该产品的设计方法快捷、方便,故在工程设计中具有一定的借鉴价值。
Parametric design is a product designed for rapid development and an important means. In this paper, Pro/E software to achieve the parameters of the function of straight tooth knife inserted Bowl 3D parametric design. Be in- serted under the bowl cutter with straight teeth involutes processing principles and the theoretical formula for accurate completion of the basic body and a knife inserted alveolar contour design; reuse scanning and array commands bowl straight teeth cut out a knife inserted in the alveolar feature model. The product design methods fast, convenient, and therefore in engineering design has a certain reference value.
