摘要
为保证CC型调心滚子轴承良好的调心性,设计了可以检验和控制碗形保持架径向窜动量的检测装置。经使用证明,该检测装置能够有效控制保持架的径向窜动量,从而保证轴承的回转精度,降低轴承的运行噪声。
In order to ensure good self - aligning property of the CC - type spherical roller bearing, a detector is designed to inspect and control the radial movement value of bowl - shaped cage. The application shows that the detector can control the radial movement value of the cage effectively, so as to ensure rotation accuracy and reduce operating noise of bearing.
